He had siblings Edward Joseph Greagen, Elizabeth Dorothy Greagen, Mary Isabel Greagen, Agnes Veronica Greagen, James Lawrence Greagen, Phillip John Greagen, Stanley Arthur Greagen, and Patrick Charles Greagen. Ewen Greagen married Gwendoline Vivian Smith in 1939, and died at age 70 years old on January 13, 1983 in Cobden.
