Introduction

The Star, Christ Church, New Zealand February 1892. The Friends of Mr. F. J. Bidmeade, are respectfully reminded that the Funeral of his late son, Felix R., will leave his residence, Colombo-street north, on Wednesday, Feb. 10, at 2 p.m. for the Public Cemetery, Linwood. ( Students of Truth will kindly accept this invitation.) JAS. LAMB, Undertaker. On Wednesday afternoon the mortal remains of Mr. F. R. Bidmeade were consigned to their last resting place in the Public Cemetery, New Brighton. A large number of Students of Truth and Good Templars attended to show the respect they felt for their late friend.

The Press, Christchurch, N.Z., February 1892. BIDMEADE.- On the 8th February, 1892, at the residence of his parents, Colombo street north, Christchurch, Felix Rose, the eldest and beloved son of Frederick J. and Mary A. Carey Bidmeade, aged nineteen years and six months.
