Gilbert Gordon Wright was born in 1893 to Mary Ann (Poland) Wright and Archibald Wright, and had siblings Irene Pearl Calvert (Wright) Olsen and Ivy May Clayton (Wright) Dalton. He married Alice Mitchell (Haynes) Tolson, and had a child Donald Gordon Wright. Gilbert Wright died at age 26 years old on October 6, 1920 at Austin Hospital 145 Studley Rd, in Heidelberg, Banyule City County, VIC Australia, and was buried at Brighton General Cemetery in Caulfield South, Glen Eira City County.
