Hazlett W. Lewis 1954 - 2008

Hazlett W Lewis of Humble, Harris County, TX was born on January 13, 1954. They married Mary T. (Jamerson) Lewis on September 6, 1975 in Harris County, TX and they later separated on February 21, 1986. They also married Anastasia (Smiley) Lewis on June 30, 1989 in Harris County. Hazlett Lewis died at age 54 years old on December 4, 2008, and was buried at Houston National Cemetery Section C-9 Row B Site 119 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, in Houston, Tx.
