Heather (Causer) Spicer was born on May 24, 1944 in Shildon, England United Kingdom to Wilfred Causer and Elizabeth Ann Askew (Marshall) Causer, and had siblings Raymond Wilfred Causer, Derek Causer, Brian Causer, William Noel Causer, David Causer, and Maurice Causer. She was the parent of Lynn Spicer. She was the parent of Terence Rowland. She married Richard Paul Spicer on June 25, 1966 in Salisbury, Wiltshire County, and they were married until Heather's death on November 19, 2016. They had children Angela Pauline (Spicer) Bateman, Paul Kevin Spicer, and Mark Antony Spicer.
