Father was Jack and Mother was Suzie Cook. J.T. Cook married Hazel Irene Morgan and had three children Allan Jeffrey Cook, Tammy Lee Cook and Shane Marie Cook who were raised in Hughes Springs. Allan joined the Air Force, Tammy the Army and Shane the Army. Allan lives in Texas with two daughters. Tammy is an RN and married to Richard Simmons and has two sons Nicholas and Jaycob, and Shane is married and has two sons and is an instructor/supervisor over a dental academy.
