James Alfred Crowe of Ballarat, City of Ballarat County, VIC Australia was born in 1896 in Ballarat to Mary Anne (Membrey) Crowe and Albert Ebenezer Russell Crowe. He had siblings Walter Harold Wilson Crowe, Albert Roy Crowe, and Albert Edward Crowe. James Crowe died at age 28 years old in 1924 in Northcote, City of Darebin County.
