James Michael Allen Sr. was born on March 19, 1946 in Worcester County, Massachusetts United States to Rita Viola (Painchaud) Allen-Banbury and Joseph Burnside Allen, and had siblings Joseph Victor Allen, Joan Emma (Allen) Meek, Mary Louise Allen, Perry Henry Allen, Margaret Elizabeth Moreau-Wynne (Née Allen), and Ann Marie Lyles-Scott (Née Allen). He married Carolyn Anderson Allen, and had children James Michael Allen, Jr. and Deborah Marie Allen. James Allen died at age 52 years old on February 15, 1999.
