Janice Dorothy (Schwartz) Weir was born on April 23, 1947 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania United States to Albert John Schwartz and Dorothy Anne Schwartz, and has siblings Edward William Schwartz, James Robert Schwartz, Susan Anne Plunkett, Debra Denise Ferraro, and Philip John Schwartz. She married Charles Didden Weir in 1968 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, and they were married until Charles' death on January 11, 2015 in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida. Janice Weir has children Kristin Lara Fink and Lauren Melissa Higgins.
