Jeanette Bell (Talley) Harris was born to Edward Eugene Talley and Mary Susan Reid. Jeannette Talley married Charles Pultz (in 1942) and Daniel Harris, both of whom predeceased her. She had also married Henry Cline Lipscomb in 1979 and who she divorced in 1980. Jeanette had four children: daughters Sandra and Clara Jean, who predeceased her, and son Charles Preston Pulz, and daughter Donna Sue, who survived her. See Jeanette Bell Harris: Obituary.

JEANETTE B. PULTZ HARRIS Jeanette B. Pultz Harris, 83, formerly of August County, passed away February 9, 2005 in Summerville, South Carolina. She was born June 8, 1921 the daughter of Eugene and Mary Talley (deceased) of Augusta County. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Charles Pultz and Daniel Harris. Also preceding her in death were two daughters, Sandra Adair Woolridge of Staunton and Clara Jean Elliott of Verona. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Sue Fitzgerald of South Carolina and a son Charles Preston Pultz of Virginia, 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Memorial services to be held Sunday, February 13 at 3 p.m at Faith Revival Church in Stuarts Draft, Virginia by Rev. Dennis Bradley. A private burial will take place at a later time.
