    Family sailed from England in 1890 to W.A. Enlisted in A.I.F. 23 March 1915 at age 35 Address Torbay near Albany W.A. Occupation Grocer. Returned to Australia on 17 March 1917. Married Florence Wills on 29th January 1927, at Elwood. Messrs. F. Scott and J. J. Mowforth represented Returned Soldiers at the Win-the-War rally at Sale, Vic. Yarram Lawn Bowls 1935 Spoon Competition won by J. J. Mowforth.
