Julia A (Starry) Dunmire was born on November 10, 1848 in Pennsylvania United States to Levi Carson Starry and Julian (Erb) Starry, and had siblings William Turney Starry, Leah (Starry) Kelly, Levi C. Starry, and Margaret Jane (Starry) Erb. She married John Ellsworth Dunmire, and died at age 61 years old on March 17, 1910 in Westmoreland County. Julia Dunmire was buried in March 1910 at Jeannette Cemetery 1100 Altman Road, in Jeanette.
