Julia Ann Spring (Ebbels) Chessell of Tecoma, Yarra Ranges Shire County, VIC Australia was born on September 4, 1884 in Saint Arnaud, Northern Grampians Shire County to Catherine Adelaide Burnett and Edward Philpot Ebbels. She had siblings William John Ebbels, Edward Thomas Ebbels, Henry Alfred Ebbels, Edward Theodore Ebbels, Frederick Ebbels, Benjamin Ebbels, John Edward Ebbels, and Albert Ernest Ebbels. She married Albert Edgar Chessell in 1915, and had a child Norma Winifred Chessell. Julia Chessell died at age 87 years old on August 21, 1972 in Tecoma, Yarra Ranges Shire County.
