Kate Elizabeth (Prideaux) Sands 1877 - 1929

Kate Elizabeth (Prideaux) Sands was born in 1877 in Dookie, Greater Shepparton City County, VIC Australia to Richard Ellis Prideaux and Ruth Ann (Jenkins) Prideaux, and had siblings William Frederick Prideaux, Walter Jenkins Prideaux, Rupert Ellis Prideaux, Richard John Prideaux, Harold Henry Prideaux, Mary Amelia (Prideaux) Tate, and Emily Ann (Prideaux) Carnie. She married Frederick Owen Sands in 1904 in Katandra, Greater Shepparton City County, Victoria, and they were married until death separated them. She had a child Ruth Urquhart. Kate Sands died at age 51 years old on June 7, 1929 in Caulfield South, City of Glen Eira County, VIC, and was buried at Cheltenham Pioneer Cemetery, Charman Rd, in Cheltenham, Bayside City County.
