Mary Weir had siblings Elizabeth Milsom, Martha Milsom, William Milsom, Jane Milsom, John Milsom, Robert Milsom, Alice Milsom, Lilly Milsom, Rosanna Milsom, Louisa Milsom, Thomas Milsom, James Milsom, Emily Milsom, and Henry John Milsom. She married Joseph Weir, and they had children George Weir, William Weir, Margaret Weir, and Mary Ellen Weir. She married John Todd, and they had children Jane "Jean" (Todd) Rosser, Michael Todd, Jessie Todd, David Todd, Andrew Todd, John Todd, Mary Todd, and Thomas Todd. Mary Weir died at age 60 years old circa June 1914 in Knowsley, Greater Bendigo City County.

    Mary Ann (Milsom) Todd remarries in 1886, 3 years after her husband John Todd died. She marries Joseph Weir. The farmstead she lived on with John Todd had to be auctioned off after his death. Mary Ann and Joseph Weir have two sons, William and George. They both enlist to fight in World War One and are killed as a result of action.
