Mary Elizabeth Cooper of Parsonsburg, Wicomico County, MD was born on July 31, 1927 in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas United States, and had a sister Dorothy v. Diemer. She was married to Paul Ray Cooper, and had children Paula Elizabeth Cooper Miller and Mark Edward Cooper.
