(Cooper) Kegris was born on December 4, 1876 to George Washington Cooper and Sarah Catherine Mundwiler, and had siblings Minnie Annie (Cooper), William Shannon Cooper, Chester Ambrose Cooper, Norman W. Cooper, Gillespie Martin Cooper, Effie May Knee, Hollester M. Cooper, Fronie E. Cooper, and Freeda Floy Barkman. Mary Kegris died at age 97 years old in December 1973.
