  • Obituary

    The Avoca Mail. Vic. 24th June 1898. A resident of this district for over 40 years passed peacefully away on Saturday inst., We refer to Mrs. Wm. Young, Embra Farm, Rocky Flat, Talbot, who had been in failing health for a considerable time past. For a few days previous to her death the deceased had not been so well as usual, and had an attack of inflammation internally, but this was checked, and then bronchitis set in, the result being that the patient died from failure of the heart's action owing to exhaustion. The deceased, who was highly respected has brought up a family of sons and daughters. She was 77 years old. She was a native of Babcary, Somerset, England.
