Service for Mildred L. Harris née Dickerson, 61, formerly of the Litchfield area, will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Litchfield with the Rev. Loren Swedburg officiating. Burial will be in the Litchfield Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Litchfield Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Harris was born May 27, 1916 at Montana, the daughter of David P. Dickerson and Almira Dickerson née Blodgett. On Dec. 23, 1935, she married Wilfred Harris at Broken Bow. The couple lived in the Ansley and Litchfield communities until moving to Lincoln in 1970.
Survivors are her husband of Lincoln; a son, Charles of Ravenna; two daughters, Mrs. Jim (Carolyn) Crawford of Platte Center and Mrs. Lonnie (Mrytle Mae) Lindner of Ansley; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Milford (Laura) Hughes of Ridgeway, Colo.; two brothers, Richard Dickerson of Redlands, Calif., and Arthur Dickerson of Beaumont, Calif.
She was preceded in death by two infant children; six brothers; two sisters.
