He had siblings Irene Margaret Constance Gregory, Dorothy Madden Gregory, Augustine Boykett Gregory, Charles Culverhouse Gregory, Gladys Mary Boykett (Gregory) Jenkins, John William Colverhouse Gregory, and Lucy Beaumont Gregory. Reginald Gregory married Laura Reid in 1937, and died at age 92 years old on May 5, 2004 in Toorak, City of Stonnington County.
