He had siblings Pete Dunn, Elige Dunn, Levi Pinkney "Juke" Dunn, David Arnet Dunn, Mary Oda "Odie" Dunn, Maude Dunn, Thomas Jefferson "John" Dunn, Sally Dunn, and George Dunn. Roosevelt Dunn died at age 69 years old on October 29, 1973 in Evansville, Vanderburgh County, IN.

But the language was so broad that it was also applied to consensual sex between adults when wished.
