Ruby Eliza (Sherwin) Norris was born in 1885 to William Sherwin and Sarah (Webb) Sherwin, and had siblings Caroline Ethel May (Sherwin) Ford and Amy Florence (Sherwin) James. She married Charles Eric Norris, and had children Eric Maxwell Sherwin Norris and Jean Norris. Ruby Norris died at age 67 years old on May 17, 1953 in Huonville, Huon Valley Council County, TAS Australia, and was buried at Cornelian Bay Cemetery in New Town, Hobart City Council County.
