She had siblings Louisa (Gravenall) Allamby, George William Allamby, Reginald Clarence Allamby, William Victor Allamby, Clarice Vivian Allamby, and Eva Florence May (Allamby) Wyles. She was the mother of Harold John Wilkinson. Ruby Wilkinson died at age 89 years old in 1974 in Caulfield, and was buried on June 4, 1974 at Springvale Botanical Cemetery Princes Hwy, in Springvale.
