She had siblings Sophia Jane (Ball) Kelly, William Weeks Ball, Louisa Ellen Ball, Robert John Henry Ball, Edward Leonard Ball, Frederick James Ball, Walter Clifford Ball, and Victor Leslie Ball. Ruby Ball married William Henry Humphreys in 1928, and died at age 79 years old on October 7, 1978 in Traralgon, Latrobe City County.
