Sandy Romulus Flynt was born on August 7, 1869 to Romulus Briton Flynt and Amanda Cynthia Thomas, and had siblings Annetta Lavena Flynt, Sallie Minerva Flynt, George William Flynt, Hoke Columbus Flynt, and Maude Flynt. He married Lois Alena Reese, and they were married until Lois' death on January 25, 1945. He had a child Ida Lorraine Flynt. Sandy Flynt died at age 86 years old on January 20, 1956.
