She was in a relationship with John Lawrence Stark, and had children William Russell Stark, Heber Nelson Stark, Wallace Packard Stark, Charles Nelson Stark, Lillian Vida Stark, and Mac Leo Packard Stark. Sophia Stark died at age 80 years old on December 10, 1935 in New London, New London County, CT.
