She married Michael Phillip Davies on November 5, 1988 at St Peter's Anglican Church in Leongatha, South Gippsland Shire County, Victoria Australia and they later divorced. Terry-Ann Davies has children Hew Evan Nichols Davies and Adelaide Violet Nichols Davies.

Terry-Ann Davies (nee Nichols) 29th June 1963 is one of seven children to Valerie Melita (Melita) Nichols (nee Fawke) 22 June c1942 and Arthur Alexander Terrence (Terry) Nichols 24 January c1937. She was born at the home of her maternal grandmother in London, England. Siblings Leigh Sandra Nichols-Thompson (nee Nichols) 28th May 1962 married Joseph Russell (Russell) Thompson. Children Verity Arden Sophia, Vaughn Joseph Cecil and Connor Alexander Joseph. Ashley Warwick Nichols 9th October 1966, Grant Brockland Nichols 22nd September 1967, Myles Garrick Nichols 29th May 1970, Austine Barclay Nichols 5th September 1974, Alethea Blythe Nichols 18th December 1975, Maternal grandparents Rosina Sophia Stearman (nee Phillips) 5th August 1905 and Evan Warwick Fawke born 1912 died WW2 15th February 1942 Paternal grandparents Arthur Alexander Nichols and Elizabeth Nichols (nee Hoare). Maternal great grandparents Walter Cyril (Cyril) Fawke was born on 10 December 1888 in Esher, Surrey, England and died on 17 February 1952 in Lambeth, London, England. He married Frances Knight born c1892. They had at least two children, Evan Warwick Fawke born 1912 died 15 February 1942 at Bukit Timah, Singapore (buried 17.C.6. Kranji Cemetery, Singapore) and Frances Fawke born 1922 and died 2010. Terry-Ann married Michael Phillip Davies 27 October 1963 of Mildura, Victoria, Australia on 5th November 1988 (div). Michael is the son of John Colin Davies 14th May of Mildura and Nola Jean Davies (nee Smythe) 18th October of Merbein. Terry-Ann has two children, Hew Evan Nichols Davies 5th September 1991 and Adelaide Violet Nichols Davies 30th January 1993. In 2020 Terry-Ann became Granma to her grand daughter, Rosalie Nola Davies 18th September 2020 who is the daughter of Hew Evan Nichols Davies and his wife Carla Jayne Davies (nee Howitt).

In 1963, in the year that Terry-Ann (Nichols) Davies was born, the British Secretary of War, 46 year old John Profumo ,was forced to resign when he lied about an affair with 19 year old Christine Keeler. Keeler was also involved with the Soviet naval attaché and charges of espionage were feared. No proof of spying was ever found.
