Vickey's partner was Kevin Michael Rine Sr.. She would also marry Andrew Quinn Rowland in Columbus, Franklin County, and they were married until Vickey's death on November 21, 2017. They had children Michelle Renee (Davis-Rine) Jones, Lloyd Wayne Simpson Jr, James Allen Simpson, Natasha Dawn (Simpson) Glover, Yolanda Lynn Simpson, Stephanie Che Simpson, and Elizabeth Sandra (Louise) Rowland.
