  • Early Life & Education

    Victor went to Samuel F.B. Morse grammar school thru the 7th grade, then was sent to Morton Upper Grade Center for 8th grade. Started Rezin Orr High School, but then moved out of the district and finished High School at Edwin G. Foreman, graduating in 1969. After Graduation, started College at University of Arkansas at Little Rock, but did not complete first year.

  • Military Service

    Joined the US Air Force in 1972 but was discharged as a fraudulent enlistee because of a juvenile arrest. Joined the U.S Army later and stayed for just under 7 years. Never saw combat, but was under alert while in Korea in 1976.
