    Winifred (Trimble) Carter was born to Richard Trimble (1904 - 1941) and Winifred Loew Parkinson (1909 - 1982). She had siblings Richard and Mary Ann Trimble. Winifred Carter married Clive Runnells Jr. in October of 1954 and had children Helen and Clive. She also married John B. Carter on February 23, 1970, in Harris County, Texas. They divorced on January 14, 1987. She was survived by three grandchildren.
