Alfred G Delissio is the son of Nora Balest and Anthony Delissio. He was born on April 23, 1929 in Delmont, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania and had older siblings William E and Marie Delissio, and younger siblings Donna and Robert. They grew up in Franklin, Westmoreland, Pennsylvania, USA. He married Catherine Louise Dapra on August 30, 1952 in Winchester, Virginia, USA. They had children together, Alfred A, and Cathy L (Delissio) Jones. Alfred was a veteran of the Korean War as part of the United States Army.
