Andrew Dellard Drumm was born to Andrew Dellard Drumm (1872 - 1939) and Luella Mary Kirkbride (1872 - 1962). His father was born in Indiana and his mother was born in Illinois. He had two sisters: Marguerite and Gertrude Drumm.
Andrew served as a Private during World War I.
Andrew Drumm married Doris Genevieve Wightman (1898 - 1972) in June of 1923. They had two children, Andrea Donna and Andrew Dellard Drumm (1929 - 1948).
