Andrew Taggart

I have an old photograph of Andrew TAGGART which was taken at the Rowley Studio in Elmira, NY sometime in the 1890’s. Andrew appears to be in his 20’s or 30’s at the time the photograph was taken. Based on limited research I did find Andrew TAGGART working in Elmira in the late 1890’s at the Nelson, Morris & Co. as a Manager. I am hoping to locate someone from Andrew’s family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of family.
