Bar T Ranch, Colorado

A photo of branding time at the Bar T - first the brand is a bar over an upside down T, it was in Watkins, Adams County, Colorado via information from the Colorado Brand association. In 1909 Mrs. A.M. Ballard is the registered owner of the Brand (think her to be Anna Margaretta Ballard and mother of Callie or Caroline Ballard, Charlotte Hawks Ballard and Mary Ballard January. Also the man standing on the far right, may be called Louie after comparing other photos.

Callie Ballard had a husband they called Louie, comparing other photos, I believe this to be Louie, but dating it is difficult, it could be anywhere between 1909 to 1931. And I would love to know if Louie is a James L. Gill or if someone knows who he was.
