Barry Lew Johnson, 76, of Memphis, TN passed from this life on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

Barry was born in Memphis, TN to the late Robert and Ernie Johnson. He worked for Bell South, Southern Bell and AT& T for over 40 years. He had love and passion for playing music, playing the drums for many well known artists including Jenmi Jamerson.

Barry was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He leaves his loving wife of 57 years, Martha G. King Johnson; one sister, Barbara Johnson Pope of Memphis; four fur babies, Dixie, Brownie, Autumn and Bo; Many nieces and nephews including Gayle Pope Roberts, Glynda Pope Williams, DeAnne, Douglass Pope III and Bobby Johnson.
