I'm not positive where it was taken, but my best guess is at Alice Beekman Mintz's house around 1910-1914 or so. The house in the picture looks like the same one George and Alice Mintz are standing in front of in another photo I have of them.

oh, I forgot to add that at that time Alice lived in Huntington County, Indiana.
