Charles Albert Whitten

This is Charles’s family, his father Charles Augustus Whitten mother Ellen Rose Whitten (nee Everington), brothers and sisters Florrie, Winifred,,Elizabeth,Ellen,Maud,, William, Richard ,Arnold . My grandfather was born in 1907 and was 10 when I think this picture was taken, Charles Albert was the eldest and was killed in WW1 in 1917 , this picture may have been taken when they heard of his death as it’s a bit sombre
