Charles "Ray" Windsor- Thomas Jefferson High School

Charles Raymond "Ray" Windsor was born on December 29, 1944 in Lufkin, Angelina County, Texas to parents Edker Raymond "Bean" Windsor (1921-1989) and Sallie Jane Rice (1926-2009). He had a brother Donald L Windsor Sr (1951-2017) and they grew up in Pear Ridge, Jefferson, Texas and Port Arthur, Jefferson, Texas. On June 24, 1966 he married Charlene Rhea Rowland in Jefferson, Texas, USA. The couple had one child together and were married for 7 years before divorcing on June 22, 1973. The following year, he married again to Kathryn A Holtkamp on June 7, 1974 also in Jefferson, Texas, USA. The couple lived in Nederland, Beaumont, and Fannett, Lufkin, Texas, Windsor. Ray was a office manager and medical technologist for Nederland Medical and Surgical and he was also the first administrator for Silsbee Doctors Hospital.
