This picture belong to my mother, Dora Winslow McMillan,as we lived in Pacific, Franklin Co., Missouri from abt 1937-1940, on the picture is has Mr. & Mrs Charley Bell, Pacific, MO, I check the 1930 census, I found a Charles & Flora Bell living in Sullian, Franklin Co., MO, with children, I don't know for sure if this is the right family or not.
