Chester Arthur Todd Sr. of 633 Woodmont Pl, in Shreveport, Caddo County, Louisiana United States was born on February 28, 1927 in Jamestown. He was married to Doris "Teny" (Woodward) Todd, and had children Linda Gail Todd, Chester Arthur Todd, Jr., Ronnie Todd, and Thomas David Todd. Chester Todd died at age 63 years old in May 1990 at Home 633 Woodmont Pl, in Shreveport, and was buried at Cremains spread Jamestown Cemetery and Black Lake.
