Church group west of Alva, Oklahoma

This church was located west of Alva, Oklahoma on land that belonged to Charles Alvadore and Mattie Fisher. I believe my great grandma Mattie is one of the women in back and I think one of the girls in the front may be my Grandma Anna. I would be interested in knowing who the other people are. I would also like to know the history of the church. If this looks or sounds familiar to anyone, I would love to hear from you!
