Reward of Merit, presented to Daniel Pinkerton via his Teacher M. A. Jones. in the fine print at the bottom it sites the year 1867 and Massachusetts. I did find a Daniel Pinkerton living in Worcester, Mass. in 1890. Maybe this was given to him.
This was not a family item, I have no idea where I picked it up, but I would be interested to know anything someone may know about it, or the persons mentioned on the award. Thank you
