King David was my gggggrandfather. Cool fellow. His grave is clearly marked and there is a road (a little one) named after him near Fogertown, Clay County, Ky. He was NOT an Indian, nor did he have Indian blood. I've got some interesting information about him. If I recall accurately (it's been awhile since I've read up on him) his brother married an Indian woman, the mother of the famous Cherokee, Sequoya (sp). See Don Chestnuts Genealogy Page at www.donchesnut.com for great info about King David!
