Donald McNichol Sutherland CC was a Canadian actor. During his career spanning six decades, Sutherland received numerous accolades, including a Primetime Emmy Award, two Golden Globe Awards, and a BAFTA Award nomination. He is considered one of the best actors never nominated for an Academy Award.
