This is only a guess, but given the style and the young bridesmaids, could this be Dorothy Johann Chaffer of Cambridgeshire, who married a Basil Watson in 1916? If it's the same woman, she lived a relatively short life (1893-1928) :(

I was going to say 1918 but if it was 1916 I wasnt off by much. I didn't think much marrying was going on then or for a while in England when the war had wiped out so many young men.
