This is only a guess, but given the style and the young bridesmaids, could this be Dorothy Johann Chaffer of Cambridgeshire, who married a Basil Watson in 1916? If it's the same woman, she lived a relatively short life (1893-1928) :(

p.s. Dorothy was born in Australia but her mother was a McLeod who had emigrated from Scotland, hence the Scottish middle name Johann.
