Eileen Marie (O'Hare) Dimarco was born on February 10, 1919 at 366 East St, in Dedham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts United States to Helena T (Mahoney) Hehir and Michael John Hehir, and had siblings Catherine Francis (O'Hare) Jones and John Joseph O'Hare. She married Walter Henry Belmont Jr., and they were married until Walter's death on October 24, 1951. They had children Walter Henry Belmont III, Sybil Ann (Belmont) Mclaughlin, Richard P Belmont, Anita Catherine (Belmont) St.Germain, James Belmont, and Eileen (Belmont) Healey. She also married Valentino Vincent Dimarco on July 6, 1958 in Boston, Suffolk County, and they were married until Eileen's death in December 1980 in Quincy, Norfolk County.
