On April 5, 1942 Lou married Elizabeth Katherine Lambert (1919–1986) in New York, USA. The couple resided in Flushing, NY and had a daughter together named Mary. Louis Polidora passed away on August 2, 2008 in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA.
