Elsie May Early
I have an old studio photograph of Elsie May EARLY who according to notes on the back of the photograph, was b. 1 Jun 1901 and died 13 Dec 1903. The photograph was taken at the Boyce Studio in Tuscola, IL when Elsie was just an infant. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Elsie and her family:

Elsie M. EARLY was born in 1901 in Douglas Co., IL to parents Raymond J. EARLY or EARLEY (1871-1924) and May Lena CARTER (1879-1953) who were married in Moultrie Co., IL on 18 Feb 1897. Elsie had two siblings, Viola C. EARLY (1897-1898) and Mildred M. EARLY (1903-1920). Elsie died in Douglas Co., IL in 1903 and is buried in the Tuscola Township Cemetery in Tuscola, IL.

I’d like to see the photograph returned to a family member and would appreciate you contacting me if you are a member of this family or know someone who might be.

Thanks,
Shelley
Date & Place: at Boyce Studio in Tuscola, Douglas County, Illinois 61953, United States
