My uncle,Fred was the son of Grant Sr & Sylvia Mae (Longmire) Hill. Fred, the eldest of 3, was born May 13, 1924 in Soldiers Grove, Crawford Co, WI. He married Helen McClurg in Vernon county and had 2 daughters. Fred's passing was on Sept. 28, 1983 and he is buried in the Viroqua, Vernon Co, WI Cemetery.
