Love ya dad !!Jeff Frederick Ellsworth Hopkins was born on April 14, 1918 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois, USA to parents Howard David Hopkins (born 1889) and Clara Jane Holleman (1891-1966). He had a sister, Jane Graham Hopkins (1914-). He began his military service in the United States Navy on the 7th of January 1941. During his tenure in the Navy, Hopkins held the rank of Chief Storekeeper Mate (Temporary). As a Chief Storekeeper Mate (Temporary) in the US Navy during World War II, Hopkins would have been responsible for overseeing the inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for naval operations. His duties might have included managing stock, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient distribution of resources to support the Navy's missions. Frederick Ellsworth Hopkins' dedication and service to his country continued until the 16th of September 1945, when he concluded his military tenure.
